Malad Contest Terms & Conditions

Contest Terms and Conditions*

1. The contest is open for people of 18 years of age or above residing in Malad excluding the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its Auditors and their associate companies.
2. By participating in this Contest, the Contestant agrees to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
3. No Purchase is required. Participation is optional.
4. The contest will be conducted on www.facebook.com/VeenaWorldOfficial/ from 22nd August at 12.45pm to 26th August at 6pm. Winner/s will be announced on 29th August. The winner/s will have to visit Veena World Malad Sales Office to collect their prizes.
5. The contest will be conducted under the supervision of Veena World’s page managers.
6. To participate in the Contest, the User will have to share the correct answer in the comment box. Share, invite your friends by tagging them in the comment box.
7. Contest winners will be decided by the Social Media page's manager.
8. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, Organizer reserves the right to stop the Contest at any time and/or change, modify, withdraw, or extend the Contest without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. Veena World reserves the right to withdraw/change/modify the content and terms and conditions at its own discretion and without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. Therefore, Contestants are advised to regularly check for any amendment(s) or update(s) of the terms and conditions.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, and Indian residency at the given prize delivery address and in case of any misrepresentation the organizer shall cancel the winner declared. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Organizer.
10. Organizer at its own discretion can accept or reject any entries/Winner and no objection in this regard shall be entertained in any manner including the inability to contact the Winner, incorrect phone number, incorrect mail id, or incorrect address or failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, etc.
11. If the winner cannot be approached on the mobile number or email and no revert from the winner is received within seven (7) days after first attempted notification, Veena World may at its sole discretion give the winning prize to the next declared winner and the original winner's entitlement to the prize will not be entertained.
12. The decision of the Organizer will be final and binding with regard to the contest and prizes and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
13. Prizes are not transferable and no cash payment in lieu of the prizes will be made.
14. This Contest cannot be clubbed with any of the contests.
15. Terms and Conditions uploaded on the website will be applicable to this contest.
