Ways to Book a Tour
Registration or Log In
If you are not registered on Veena World, we recommend to Register Now
While registering you are expected to enter your basic details along with mobile number and click on Send OTP.
You will then verify the mobile number by entering the OTP.
You will see a message that you have successfully registered.
If you have previously registered, simply click on login to access your ‘My Account’ with your registered mobile number.
Step 1 – Select your tour
You can browse over 350 + Group tour options within India and around the world to select your dream destination.
You can check the itinerary, departure dates and price of your selected destination. If you need more details, Veena World team is available for you on toll free number 1800 22 7979 during office hours.
Step 2 – Select Departure City and Date
Once you have selected the tour suitable for you, select the departure city. Most of the World tours have departures from several cities across India. Also, there is an option for Joining & leaving guest, where you can opt to join the tour directly at the first destination and leave the tour at the last destination.
Once decided you can select the available departure date, verify the tour price and click on ‘Book Now’.
Step 3 – Select Number of Guests and Room Options
Enter the number of Adults, children and infants travelling with you on this tour.
Recommended room options will be displayed on your screen.
On selection of the suitable room option, you can click on ‘Proceed’.
Step 4 – Fill in Your Personal Details
Fill in the accurate details of all the guests.
Kindly ensure you enter correct mobile number and email id, as all further communication will be done through the same.
After verifying the details, you can click ‘Proceed’ for confirmation of booking and tour payment.
Step 5 – Payment
Pay the registration amount in part or full, as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions. In case of part payment, minimum amount of INR 5,000 to be paid.
Once the payment is done successfully, you will see the booking confirmation on your screen and you will also receive confirmation email and SMS from Veena World. Our team will get in touch with you for the further verification process.
For any information regarding your tour, itinerary, payment etc. you can login to your ‘My Account’.
You can visit any of our Sales Offices or Sales Partner’s offices in India. At the time of booking, please ensure you carry the following:
India Tours
- Personal details of each guest travelling on tour
- Photo identity proof
- Residence address proof
- Tour registration payment
World Tours
- Personal details of each guest travelling on tour
- PAN Card
- Passports of all guests, with validity of minimum 6 months from the date of arrival in India after the tour completion
- Residence address proof
- Tour registration payment
On booking the world tour, our travel advisor will guide you about all visa formalities along with submission timelines. Kindly adhere with the process.
Tour/package registration amount is 40% of the net tour price. It is to be paid within three days of booking the tour/package.
To book any tour/ package/ service, you can make the payment to Veena World by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Payment app/ wallets like BHIM, PhonePe, Gpay, PayTM or any UPI ID. All payments should be in the name of 'Veena Patil Hospitality Private Limited' only. We support ‘Go Digital’ movement of India and request you to make digital payment. Cash payment in INR will be accepted as per the Government of India guidelines along with PAN. Kindly note, outstation cheque is not accepted.
After the payment is successful, an acknowledgement message is sent on your registered mobile number. This SMS contains details of amount credited to Veena World along with the date and place of payment. In case the SMS is not received, you are requested to contact Veena World’s toll free number 1800 22 7979 immediately.
In case if the payment is made through bank transfer, kindly send us the scanned copy or screenshot of the bank slip along with payment details.

If you have already booked your tour with any of our branch offices, sales partners or online, you can register on our website and make the balance payment online.
Changes in the pre-defined tour programme
For any change or amendment in your scheduled tour program, kindly intimate your Travel Advisor to do the needful subject to availability/ feasibility. Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel the tour for whatsoever may be the reason, kindly intimate your Travel Advisor to do the needful. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the Cancellation Policy mentioned under ‘Terms and Conditions’ of Veena World.
