Air Inclusive Holiday

FAQs - Everything you need to know

• What does an air-inclusive holiday package mean?

An air-inclusive holiday package means the cost of return flights is bundled into the total package price along with hotels, meals and other inclusions, rather than being booked and paid for separately. This offers guests a single upfront price with no need to separately search for and book flights.

• Is an air-inclusive package more cost-effective than booking flights separately?

Air-inclusive packages can often be more cost-effective due to Veena World's bulk booking arrangements with airlines, which can secure better group rates than individual flight bookings. Additionally, bundling flights with the holiday package simplifies planning and ensures flight timings are coordinated with the overall itinerary.

• Can I choose my own flight times on an air-inclusive holiday?

For customised air-inclusive holidays, guests generally have flexibility in choosing preferred flight times and airlines within the available options for the route. For group tour departures with fixed flights, the flight schedule is set as part of the group booking and cannot be individually altered.

• What is included in a Veena World air-inclusive holiday package?

Veena World air-inclusive holiday packages include return flights from India to the destination, hotel accommodation, meals as specified in the itinerary, sightseeing and transfers as arranged, and ongoing support throughout the trip. The specific combination of inclusions depends on whether it is a group tour or customised holiday package.

• Are domestic and international destinations both available as air-inclusive packages?

Yes. Veena World offers air-inclusive packages for both domestic India destinations, such as Leh Ladakh or Andaman where flights are essential given the distance, and international destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas where return flights form a core part of the overall package.

• Can I upgrade my flight class on an air-inclusive holiday?

Yes, for customised air-inclusive holidays, guests can generally request an upgrade to premium economy or business class flights for an additional cost, subject to availability on the chosen airline and route. This should be discussed with your Veena World holiday specialist at the time of planning your itinerary.
