Bratislava Tour Packages

“Bratislava stole my heart, and I'm never getting it back” - Anonymous

For the lovers of slow adventure and illustrious history, baroque palaces on the cobblestone streets and sunsets that look like a mystery, Bratislava will feel like a warm hug on a cold winter morning.

The capital of Slovakia is an enchanting city, underrated, not very crowded and with countless hidden gems waiting to be discovered. Perfect for one of the trips that explore the off-track as well as the “touristy” spots, our Bratislava tour packages offer a unique experience.

Tucked along the banks of the Danube River, Bratislava is the quieter, magical cousin to Europe's other touristy capitals. Bratislava is the kind of place where you don’t rush. You stroll. There is so much to see and do that you will be left short of your vacation days.

Bratislava holiday tour packages by Veena World are carefully curated, taking into account the must-visit places and the time it takes to actually enjoy a destination. One of the reasons many of our guests enjoy our Bratislava travel packages is that the itinerary fits seamlessly into a larger journey through nearby destinations in Europe.

Veena World tour reviews

What are you waiting for? Chalo Bag Bharo Nikal Pado!

The joy of travelling is not in ticking landmarks off your bucket list, but rather in the little experiences you enjoy on the way. Like sipping on mulled wine in a quaint cafe in an Old Town, musing on a beer-dipped cheese together with deep-fried toast, pickled onions, garlic and mustard sauce on the side or learning about the tall tale gossip of the Čumil, “The Man at Work” in Bratislava.

Experience the Best of Bratislava

Bordering Austria and Hungary, and with an interesting history that is still evident in the baroque squares, castles and museums, Bratislava is an interesting place to explore. Our Bratislava tour packages are an amalgamation of some of the best tourist attractions in the city.

St Martin’s Cathedral

St. Martin’s Cathedral is a Gothic church that was formerly a coronation church for the Hungarian Kings from the 15th century. The cathedral is a symbolic site that provides a sense of reverence to every traveller. An essential part of our Bratislava tour packages, the cathedral is a short walk away from the Danube River. The interior consists of Gothic-stained glass windows, a uniform ceiling and a Baptistery from the early 15th century. While most of the cathedral has been restored over time, it still contains the unique old-world charm that is very similar to other buildings in Bratislava.

Bratislava Castle

The castle was the former seat of the Bratislavian rulers and is a symbol of the city’s rich history. The castle stands on the hill above the Old Town with its crisp white walls and red rooftop shining crisply under the sun. Though it has been restored throughout the centuries, within the castle, it is easy to feel the weight of time. Inside the castle is the Slovak National Museum, which administers a collection of artefacts and works of goldsmiths and silversmiths. The Baroque garden on the castle grounds is lined with shrubs and statues and a central fountain. For guests travelling with us, Bratislava Castle is the highlight of the Bratislava tour packages.

Devin Castle

Located just outside Bratislava, tracing back to the Salvik settlement, rests a square-shaped, symmetrical castle that sits on a hill overlooking the Danube and Morava River. Walking through Devin Castle is flipping through the pages of an old fairytale book. Though now mainly ruined, it offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding region. Devin Castle is a close favourite of Veena World guests travelling via our Bratislava trip packages, after Bratislava Castle. However, getting to the castle can be a bit of work and requires booking a to-and-fro passage beforehand. With us, you need to worry about these nuances. Instead of planning transport or figuring out the right timings to travel, we handle everything, so all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your tour.

The Blue Church

The Chruch of St. Elizabeth, fondly known as the Blue Church, is literally just that. It is painted a pretty powder blue, from its undulating arches and ceramic roof tiles to the pews inside the church. This piece of Art Nouveau treasure stands in contrast with the sand coloured buildings with their red tiled rooftops. It is a favourite among photographers and the seekers of the whimsical. When sightseeing in Bratislava through our Bratislava holiday tour packages, we make sure there is enough time to soak in these wonders.

Hlavné námestie

The main square of Bratislava is where most of the activity, history, festival and chic cafe culture exists. Located in the heart of the Old Town, this cobblestone plaza dates back to medieval times and still holds a fascinating blend of centuries-old traditions. Surrounded by pastel-coloured buildings, cafes and local spots for tourists and street musicians playing jazz tunes beside the Roland fountain. Every part of Hlavné námestie feels as if suspended in time, looming on the cusp of past and present. Our Bratislava travel packages are designed with the right balance of price, sightseeing and leisurely stops like Hlavné námestie.

UFO Bridge

UFO Bridge, officially named the Bridge of the Slovak National Uprising. The bridge offers the most beautiful views of the Danube River from the UFO-shaped observation deck and a restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows. A 12 EUR fee provides complete access to the open-air platform and restaurant. The bridge connected the Old Town with the Petržalka district and is often counted among the top Bratislava attractions in our Bratislava holiday tour packages.

Our Bratislava vacation packages cover a large part of these touristy spots at the best prices. While this list is not exhaustive, it will give you a general idea for crafting a unique itinerary if you are of a mind to book a Customized Holiday to Bratislava.

If you have dreamt of an unconventional European adventure that is not only picture-perfect but also feels one of a kind, plan a tour with us by booking a Bratislava trip package.

Best Time to Visit Bratislava from India?

The best time to visit Bratislava is between late April and early October. Though midsummer can be hotter in the region, it is perfect for enjoying the nightlife, riverside promenades and lively festivals.
