Dear Veena World Team, Greetings. This was our first trip with Veena World. Overall, the experience was mixed, with both good and bad points. I would like to share my feedback. Good Experience: My wife is two months pregnant and we came to know about this just before the tour. The doctor had advised her not to go for hectic travel. I informed the tour managers, Mr. Sagar Surve and Mr. Prasanna Adav, about this. Both of them were very helpful and supportive. They always took care of my wife, ensured she was comfortable and made sure she felt relaxed during the journey. We are truly thankful to them for their support and care. Areas Where Improvement Is Needed: Manali Hotel (Victory Hotel): The hotel stay was good, but the food quality was average. Our group had people of all age groups—young couples, middle-aged people and senior citizens. However, the food menu was not suitable for everyone. There was paneer almost every day, bread in breakfast and Chinese food served in lunch, which caused stomach issues for many travelers during continuous travel. I request that the team should either ask guests about food preferences in advance or provide simple, regular Indian food. When we pay a good amount for a tour package, good and healthy food is very important, as bad food affects digestion and overall health. Chandigarh Hotel (Hotel Swan): Our experience at the Chandigarh hotel was not good. The food quality at breakfast and dinner was very poor. Also, hot water was not available properly, and water pressure was very low. Because of this, the last day of the tour was not pleasant. I sincerely request team to please change this hotel for future tours. Apart from these issues, we enjoyed the tour and destinations. We had booked our trip from Airoli Navi Mumbai Veena World branch. The booking process was absolutely smooth under guidance of Miss. Prajakta. Our tour manager and tour guide Mr. Chinmay Manerikar and Mr. Nilesh Ughade was extremely helpful. Both of them took great care of everyone as if they were their family members. Food and stay was upto the mark. I'll definitely suggest to everyone to do at least one trip with Veena World.
Our trip to Manali was incredible! The highlight was definitely the entire Trip planning and food. We enjoyed entire trip with Nilesh and Chinmay and they supported us at each and every time in this journey, also provided good information about places where we visited.

- As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
- A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
- Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.
