Hi Veena world Team, Good Day! Please allow me to share feedback on my and my family recent tour to Shimla-Manali-Chandigarh with subjected tour code. Tour manager- Durgesh Mandhik Tour assistant- Suraj Dinkar Feedback(in all feedback points below Mr. Durgesh and Suraj have played main role, would not have been possible without them taking lead) 1) The tour was awesomely managed. 2) we were well received on time upon arriving at Delhi 3) Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were timely organised and made sure everyone travelling had a good time. 4) information about visited sites/spots was clearly announced, which literally added to my personal knowledge. 5) Bus and hotel activities were supreme. 6) special thanks for arranging anniversary celebrations which was a real surprise. 7) while travelling locally every minute help that could be provided was made sure that we travellers experienced great support/help/service. 8) Encouragement throughout tour was very appreciative. 9) third party vendors too provided very nice service. 10) lastly I really liked the culture and values that Veena World team maintains which indeed helped a close bonding with every one in trip, including tour manager and others working backed. This tour has high regards to Mr. Durgesh and Suraj, who have been gem of a people and made sure all the above points are served with 100% dedication. Tour Booking: The entire booking process was hassle free and very smooth. Pre-tour meeting: The online pre-tour meeting gave us very useful information about the tour, weather conditions, baggage allowances, things to carry etc. This helped us plan our baggages and helped us prioritise the things to carry according to tour. Actual tour: We were hosted by Mr. Durgesh Mandlik and Mr. Suraj Dinkar at the Delhi airport. I must say that the information, help, support and cooperation that we received from both of them was excellent. Their timely messages about tomorrow's plan, wake up calls, help with baggages etc. helped us to relax and enjoy our vacation fully. We also enjoyed thoroughly even during the travel in coach with various activities like Karaoke, Antakshari etc..... - As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.

- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
