Tour code KLZL 100124/A We have booked Kerala tour package from Malad branch of veena tour and travel. 1) on the first day of our visit to Malad branch office for booking , veena staff has well explained the tour package details. 2) Then well in advance the Air ticket n other details like things need to take along with us during tour received. 3) on the day of traveling, veena tour manager Mr. Ashok was present at the gate n he has helped everyone for getting flight boarding pass n also during boarding the flight. 4) on reaching at kochi airport, other Tour manager Mr.Mandar has welcome all tourist with smiling face n directed all towards bus. 5) As regards to Hotel at all locations were quite good. 6) Food were also delicious keeping in mind for all senior citizen. 7) At all touring place , the history n background of that point was well explained by both tour manager. 8) even the last day of tour nice Arrangements for lunch n dinner ( good biryani was provided). 9) finally we like to mention the great effort taken by both tour manager ( Mr.Ashok n Mr.Mandar), they have taken good care of All senior citizen ( some time going out of way then what mentioned in tour package). Both manager has taken lots of efforts to keep all tourist always smiling n comfortable. We will have good memories of this tour because of both manager n also effort taken by back office staff of veena travel. Wishing All very good years ahead for further life journey. My Veena World Kerala tour was fantastic. The service was excellent, and Nilesh V. Gholsalkar and Sanket Kumbar made the trip truly special with their entertainment and support. The food, travel, and hotel stays were comfortable, providing a 5-star experience. Despite being a senior citizen trip, we had a great time, all thanks to their care and entertainment. We booked a trip to Kerala which just got over today .Our tour Managers Mr Pravin More and Mr Mandar Ghag handled our entire trip from flight check in to hotel bookings to sightseeing very efficiently. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely as both of them. They were also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. And being a Senior Citizens Group, they had shown their patience with all .Overall a very nice trip and highly recommended. - As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.

- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.

- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
- Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.
