Itinerary (Day Wise)

Tour Guests will arrive at Srinagar Airport as per their Scheduled flight. Upon arrival they will meet Veena World tour manager at the airport and proceed to hotel. In the evening we enjoy short Meet & Greet session.

Today we enjoy a small Trek to Shankaracharya Hill followed by the iconic Shikara ride at Dal Lake. Later visit Nehru Park and click photographs in colourful Kashmiri outfits (at own cost). Further we enjoy Speed boat ride in Dal Lake. In the evening we visit Kashmiri gardens – Shalimar & Nishat Bagh.

(Note: During the Tulip season, we will visit the Tulip Garden, as an additional sightseeing in our itinerary.)

Today we enjoy an excursion to Gulmarg - 'Meadow of Flowers'. We enjoy the famous Gondola ride (one of the highest in the world) to the second phase Apharwat point. We later enjoy, play and have fun time in Snow, also one can take up skiing and snowboarding activities (at own cost). After coming back to Srinagar, we have free time for Shopping. In the evening we enjoy a get together with our travel companions.

Please Note: for Kashmir tours, the availability of slots for the Gulmarg Gondola Ride is determined by the Jammu & Kashmir Cable Car Corporation. Slot openings are contingent upon their scheduling and operational considerations. Additionally, for both new and existing bookings, Gondola tickets are allocated after the tour booking and are subject to availability as they are reserved under individual names.
It is possible that some guests may not be able to obtain Gondola tickets due to limited availability. In the case of groups where Gondola tickets cannot be secured, we will make every effort until the last minute. If Gondola tickets remain unavailable, a refund will be provided to affected guests during the tour itself. Furthermore, alternative sightseeing will be arranged at no extra cost to ensure an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Today we explore Pahalgam. En-route we view the Saffron fields at Pampore. On reaching Pahalgam we enjoy a Walk & Click tour of Betab Valley. In the evening we have free time to stroll at the Mall road of Pahalgam.

Today we proceed to Dharamshala – a hillside city surrounded by cedar forests located on the edge of the Himalayas known as the home of Dalai Lama. Upon arrival we have some free time for relaxing and exploring the surroundings.

Today we explore Dharamshala. We visit Dalai Lama Monastery – Serene Temple complex known for its ornamental facade, vibrant prayer halls & mountain locale, Bhagsu naag Temple – believed to be an ancient temple where Lord Shiva had prevailed himself and Dharamshala Cricket Ground – a picturesque cricket stadium surrounded by snow-capped mountains and lush green hills, located in the city of Dharamshala. Later we have free time for shopping.

Today we proceed to Amritsar. Upon arrival, we visit Jallianwala Bagh (subject to operation) – a historic garden and memorial of national importance preserved in the memory of those who were killed in the Jallianwala Massacre that happened on 13th April 1919 and Partition Museum – world's first Museum dedicated to the Partition of 1947. Later we visit Golden Temple – also known as Harmandir Sahib or Darbar Sahib is the holiest Gurdwara and the most important pilgrimage site of Sikhism, here we also see Akal Takht – throne of immortal and highest seat of authority of Khalsa. We then view Golden Temple by Night – Golden temple at night is certainly a treat for the eyes & soul.

Today we proceed to Delhi. En route we visit Bhramha Sarovar - most exquisite and breathtaking site in Kurukshetra, it is believed that Lord Bhramha created the universe from this pond, Shri Krishna Museum – which unravels the mystique of the cult of Lord Krishna, Jyotisar - the birth place of Gita, Bhishma Kund Narkatari – this is the place where it is believed that Pitamaha Bhishma lay watching the famous battle after Arjun, created a bed of arrows for him, Kurukshetra Panorama and Science Centre – a tall and cylindrical building which has elegant architecture and ambience that combines science with religion together, followed by a visit to Kalpana Chawla Memorial Planetarium – The Kalpana Chawla Memorial Planetarium is named after the brave daughter of Haryana Dr. Kalpana Chawla. Further on the way we visit Panipat and visit Devi Temple - a Temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga, Kala Amb - a historical site of great importance which witnessed the third battle of Panipat between the Maratha warriors and the Afghan army, Panipat Museum – where we get an opportunity to see antiquities, inscriptions, sculptures, arms and armours, pottery, old and valuable documents, jewellery, art and craft objects from glorious past of this town.

Today we drive through India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament House, followed by a visit to Raj Ghat, Bahai Temple – Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar and Red Fort – also known as Lal Qila was built by Shah Jahan in the mid-17th century is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Later we visit Akshardham Temple and witness the spectacular sound & light show.

Today we proceed to Khajuraho. Enroute we visit Jhansi Fort - A historical landmark built in the 17th century which bore witness to the fiery battle led by Rani Laxmi Bai, also known as Jhansi Ki Rani. Later we visit Orchha Fort - a medieval fort situated on the seasonal island of Betwa River in Orchha.

Today we proceed to Jabalpur - an important administrative, industrial and business center of Madhya Pradesh. En route we enjoy a breath-taking boat ride at Bhedaghat (subject to operation) in Narmada river to view beautiful glittering tower of world famous marble rocks. Then we walk through the Marble village of Bhedaghat. Further we enjoy an aerial view of marble like Dhuandhar Falls through a Ropeway ride. We also take a photo stop at a view point to witness these majestic falls.

Today we proceed to Kanha National Park - renowned as the “Tiger Reserve” due to the significant amount of population of tigers in the Kanha land. Today we visit Dichpalli Ramalayam- a Lord Rama temple built in 14th century by Kakatiya kings. Further we proceed to Hyderabad- known as ‘The Pearl City’, this beautiful city of Nizams has an unmatched blend of history and modernity. Upon arrival we enjoy a Boat Ride at Husain Sagar Lake. Later we visit Lumbini Park - a gorgeous urban park named after Lumbini of Nepal.

Today we visit Birla Mandir - famous for its impressive architecture, the temple is made of 2,000 tons of pure white marble. Later we visit Char-Minar – also referred as the ‘Arc de Triomphe of the East’, it has four exquisitely carved pillars, one of each side, followed by a visit to Golconda Fort – once the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Golconda and also enjoy a beautiful sound & light show.

Today we visit Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple – The temple is devoted to Lord Ranganatha, a reclining form of Lord Vishnu, Rock Fort Temple - This is a rare place of magnificent architecture and serenity, It is an old fort that has a temple on top of it. Further we visit Kallanai Dam- a 2000-year old construction and was built by the kings of Chola dynasty and Butterfly Garden- Large park featuring a glass butterfly house.

At the Ranganatha Swamy Temple we arrange VIP Darshan for you. It might not be possible during government movements, special delegate visits, or religious ceremonies. Still, in such situations too, we will try our best to make it available to you.
Important: VIP Darshan does not mean direct Darshan and you will still have to wait in the queue, which however may be comparatively shorter than the general queue.

Today we proceed to Madurai – known as the cultural capital of Tamil Nadu. Upon arrival we visit Meenakshi Amman Temple, also known as the Meenakshi-Sundershwara Temple. It is one of the oldest temples in India. Later we proceed to Rameswaram - a town on Pamban Island and is noteworthy for being the place in India that's closest to neighbouring Sri Lanka.

Today we visit Rameswaram Temple- an exquisite temple in southern India dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is one for the 12 jyotirlingas. This place has a lot of importance in Hindu mythology and Lord Rama and Sita themselves are believed to have built the two lingams currenlty housed in the temple, Dhanushkodi - a small, sparsely populated beach town on the coast of Tamil Nadu and Adam’s bridge - also known as Rama's Bridge or Rama Setu, is considered as a legendary bridge which is mainly a chain of coral reefs and sandbanks. In the evening we enjoy a beautiful walk at Dhanushkodi Beach.

Today we proceed to Kanyakumari- a coastal town on India's southern tip. En route we visit Vattakottai fort- built in the 18th century as a coastal defence-fortification and barracks in the erstwhile Travancore kingdom.

Today we enjoy a ferry ride to Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial - built in 1970 in honour of Swami Vivekananda, followed by a visit to the meditation hall and the smarak, Kanyakumari Mandir - is one of the 52 Shakti Peethams, Tri Samudra Milan (Triveni Sangam), Gandhi Mandapam - a memorial building with sea views on site where Gandhi's ashes were held after his death. Later we witness the spectacular sunset at Kanyakumari.

Today we visit Jatayu Earth Centre – which stands at an altitude of 350m (1200ft) above the sea level. Jatayu Nature Park holds the distinction of having the world’s largest bird sculpture, which is of Jatayu. Here we take a cable car ride to reach at the main attraction, upon arrival we visit Jatayu Sculpture, Audio -Visual museum, Rama Temple & Mini Theatre. Further we proceed to Trivandrum – the capital of the Indian state of Kerala.

Today we explore Trivandrum city, we visit Padmanabh Swami Temple - is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and the Richest Place of Worship in the World, Raja Ravi Varma Art Gallery - displays original paintings of Raja Ravi Varma, Napier Museum - It contains a host of historical artefacts including bronze idols, ancient ornaments, a temple chariot and ivory carvings. In the evening, we visit magnificent lighthouse at Kovalam beach.

  • All meals are provided by Veena World in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination early morning or leaves destination late in the evening.
