- All transfers and sightseeing on shared coach basis
- Dubai Visa fees
- Package is Inclusive of VAT (Dubai)
- GST 5% (Government Tax) on total package price
- TCS (5% or 10%) upto 10 lacs and TCS @20% on amount above 10 lacs is applicable on GST inclusive price w.e.f. 01st April 2025. 10% TCS in case of PAN is not linked with AADHAR i.e. PAN Status is Inoperative as per Income Tax
- TCS is applicable for packaged tours only. Additional TCS of 5% or 10% calculation, depends on the PAN status against PAN card of primary booking contact guest. In case Indian national primary booking contact submit valid TAN details at the time of booking, no TCS will be charged.
- OK to Board charges are not included and will be applicable as per airline requirement (if any).
- Travel Insurance
- Any Entrance fees other then mentioned in inclusions or Fees for video or camera permit
- Tourism Dirham Fee to be paid directly at hotel at a time of check-in (Approx. AED 15 to 40 Per Room Per Night depending on the category of the hotel)
- Rates are not valid during Dubai shopping festival,new year, Christmas and trade fairs Any item of personal nature like tips, laundry, telephone calls etc,
- Any other meals other than specified above
- Airfare & airport taxes. (Internal Airfare wherever applicable )
- Any other sightseeing other than mentioned in the inclusions
- All hotels charge a refundable security deposit either in cash or credit card at the time of check-in. This is refunded by the hotel provided there are no incidental purchases or damages
- This security deposit is not included in the package price and must be paid by the guest directly to the hotel when checking in

Documents Required for Travel
- Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour Handwritten passport is not acceptable.
Special Note
- March 2026, except national holidays, Diwali, Christmas and New Year compulsory high Season surcharges and Gala Dinner charges are applicable during festive season and long weekends High Season surcharges are applicable during exhibitions/trade fairs/festivals
- The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable
- Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability
- International hotel check in is 1500hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs
- Early check in and late check-out subject to availability. Itineraries are subject to change
- All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only. We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature
