October to April is the best time to visit Dubai and most Middle East destinations when temperatures are pleasant   typically 20 to 30 degrees Celsius. May to September is extremely hot with temperatures regularly exceeding 40 degrees. Jordan and Oman are also best from October to April. Saudi Arabia's AlUla festival season runs from December to March.
