- TCS (5% or 10%) upto 10 lacs and TCS @20% on amount above 10 lacs is applicable on GST inclusive price w.e.f. 01st April 2025. 10% TCS in case of PAN is not linked with AADHAR i.e. PAN Status is Inoperative as per Income Tax
- TCS is applicable for packaged tours only. Additional TCS of 5% or 10% calculation, depends on the PAN status against PAN card of primary booking contact guest. In case Indian national primary booking contact submit valid TAN details at the time of booking, no TCS will be charged.
- Gratuity to the Coach Driver. Recommended Gratuity for Transfers: CAD 2 Per person & for Tours: CAD 3 per person
- Airfare & airport taxes. (Internal Airfare wherever applicable)
- Visa and Insurances charges

- Any item of personal nature like tips, laundry, telephone calls etc

Documents Required for Travel
- Proper passport with min 6 months validity from the date of departure along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa. A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour.

- The above price is valid for travel till 31st March 2023
- The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable

- International hotel check in is 1500hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs

- All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only. We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature
- Seat-in-coach sightseeing do not necessarily offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from hotels. However most of the downtown hotels has complementary pick-up
- Any type of mandatory fee like a resort fee / city tax etc. has to be paid at the hotel directly, the same is not a part of the package and cannot be pre-paid
- Transfers to & from “FlyOver Canada, Vancouver” attraction, on own arrangement
- FlyOver Canada – operates from 1000 Hours to 2100 Hours
- Attractions are subject to weather conditions
