Our experience from recent Europe Tour Dear Veena Ma’am, and the Feedback Team, I’m writing this mail to share our experience from the Europe tour which recently took place from the dates 18th-28th August (Tour Code- EUBS180823/A). I travelled with my grandmother on this tour and one of the main reasons for us to choose Veena World was the quality of the services & amenities that are expected to come in the package. I’m very happy to say that we weren’t wrong in choosing Veena World as we had an extraordinary trip, certainly one for me to remember as I (a 26 year old) was travelling only with my grandmother (a 75 year old) for the first time & also our trip had many people her age, so she felt pretty involved right from the start. This is something that I won’t be experiencing a lot in the future. My grandmother, like a lot of us has this deep desire to see the world, of course which she wanted to do before but couldn’t. Also a huge obstacle she faces is the food, as you may be familiar, a lot of people cannot adapt to the taste of foods of other cultures, so this is where you guys come to the rescue and make sure she and so many others enjoy seeing the world while still eating what we do back home. I am grateful for that. Speaking of the trip, we were lead by Mr. Kishore Walunj who was a joy to travel with. Helpful right from the moment we met him at the check in counter at the airport till the moment we said our goodbyes at the baggage claim. He had all the answers needed to every question (silly and important) which were asked by 40 odd people during those 10 days. The calmness he holds even when handling 40 people all by himself is respectable. He never behaved as if this was his job, he was just like an elder brother to me & treated every member of the tour like family. The man exudes positive vibes, always speaking good of his friends and colleagues, telling heart touching stories & giving out important life advice in between. He surely was a huge part why this trip was so successful. This trip is very close to my heart because at the end of it, my grandmother was happy. Happy that she could travel and see Europe (something she never could’ve imagined when she was young). We made some genuine connections with people we didn’t even know existed, which is always a beautiful thing. Thank you for this amazing experience, you guys really made your place in our core memory. Thank you to all your team, each person behind every aspect right from the booking counter to the tour execution. Cheers. Thanks & Regards, Shankul Patil
EUBS180823/A : With reference to above tour program, a tour was well plan & well organized. The tour manager has done very well plan & good organized tour. Our manager was very punctual In time & very taking care of each and every member of tour.
Tour ***** : This was our first international tour. And it was amazing. We enjoyed a lot. The itinerary, the hotels everything was excellent. There is no place for complaint. The best part of tour was our tour manager, Kishore. He is very nice, courteous and has a helping nature. He gave us guidelines time to time about what should we do and about how to take care of our belongings also. He took care of all of us. Very politely he did his work. He encouraged us for everything like singing fun etc. Kishor is a great Tour Manager with a wonderful ability to make people (who are having different age group) feel at ease. I really appreciate his patience, knowledge, professionalism and excellent sense of humor as well as enthusiasm. Really Kishor is very excellent and proactive tour manager who gives us wonderful memories. I definitely recommend this tour for anyone looking for. We will like to travel with you again. Thank you Veena Tai for the tour arrangements and for Kishor also. We wish for our future tour also, Kishor as tour manager. Thank you once again. Regards Kaushal Desai
