It was a very fantastic trip. We enjoyed a lot. The 18 days passed like a moment. The places were fantastic. Hotels were excellent except hotel Lily at Guwahati and Delli Phu at Bomb dilla. Food was fantastic. The transportation facilities were fantastic. The team of tour manager was extremely good and cooperative. Mr. Dhaval and Onkar Gosavi are awesome. We are waiting to have same experience again.

I went on my second trip with VEENA WORLD (V. W.) along with my wife -an18days tour covering 4states Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalay, Nagaland,. During this trip my birthday, my wifes birthday and our wedding anniversary all came up and our tour Managers Omkar Gosavi and Dhaval Chhatbar, celebrated all 3 occassions with all the co-travellers in such a memorable way that we will not forget. Veena Worlds itenery, hotels, restaurants, Innova Crysta vehicle arrenged at the ratio of one car for every 4 travellers -everything was absolutely perfect. But above all, the tour managers assigned to us were like "icing on the cake." Both of them were as soft-spoken as they were sweet -natured taking care of every single person on the tour. They looked after every ones food, luggage, and all other needs and from 5.00AM untill late at night , they were constantly at every ones service without ever falling short. Most of the travellers were above 55years of age, yet both managers personally checked on each one with genuine warmth and ensured no one felt any inconvenience. When I caught a simple cold both of them repeatedly checked on my health and medication with great concern. This trip will always remain in our memory solely because of these 2 tour managers. In future too, whenever we travel with वीणा World it will be bacause of the hard work, dedication and ever smiling service that Dhaval Chhatbar and Omkar Gosavi offered us throughout those 18days.
Beginners hesitation of being only four senior ladies to join the north east sector vanished after joining. Right from the initial inquiry to the last day of the tour,everything was very well organised. First experience with Veena world was excellent. During the tour both the tour managers were very polite and helpful, everything was taken care of. All the vehicles and the Sarathis were very good. Overall it was a memorable tour.
