How To Reach Badami

By Flight: The nearest airports to Badami are in Hubli and Belgaum. Hubli Airport (HBX) lies approximately 100 kilometres away from Badami, and serves flights from multiple major Indian cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Jabalpur, Chennai, and Kochi. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Badami, which takes about 2-3 hours. The nearest international airport is the Kempegowda International Airport at Bengaluru.

By Train: Badami has a small train station on the Hubli-Bijapur railway route. Several trains passing through Bengaluru, Bijapur, Hubli and Solapur are connected to Badami.

By Road: Badami is well-connected to several nearby towns and cities. There are regular buses to Badami from Bengaluru. You may also travel by bus to this town from Hubli, Bijapur, Dharwad and Belgaum.
