• The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable

• Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability
• International hotel check in is 1500hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs
• Early check in and late check-out subject to availability. Itineraries are subject to change
• All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only. We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.
• Surcharges may be applicable on the entire package, depending upon the final date of travel
• Malaysia is currently having tax system adjustment. The Traveller Malaysia has the right to revise the quotation or contract upon the implementation of new Sales and Service Tax in Malaysia (schedule to commence on 1 Sep 2018)
• Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night is NOT INCLUDED in the quotation. For these taxes guest to pay directly to the Malaysia hotel upon check in.
• 50% midnight surcharge will be imposed for any transfers between 2200hrs -0700 hrs
• Langkawi Hotel will collect tourism promotional fee of MYR 5 per room per night form the guest upon check in / check out
