Great Experience In NE tour : We, the Komerwar family, have completed the North Eastern Tour with our guides Mr. Niraj Bole and Mr. Omkar Baraskar. It was a very good experience. We visited Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya over the course of 12 days and completed many tourist attractions in an efficient way. We did not face any problems during the journey to or at the spots. The accommodations provided were also good with all the necessary amenities. The food served was a mix of local cuisines and indian classics. We appreciated the chance to taste the local delicacies. Each days itenaries were well planned which helped maximize the sightseeing at each place. The team was also aware of the changing weather and were able to take informed decisions for safety. From experiencing the serene beauty of Tawang to watching the endangered one horned rhinos at Kaziranga it was a very pleasant experience which our family will remember fondly. We would like to thank the guides, drivers and the Veena world team for helping us have this wonderful and memorable trip.

The tour was awesome. This was our 17th tour with Veena World. Our tour managers Mr Alok Bhosle and Mr. Vinod Deshmukh were very caring, SWEET TONGUED, and CO-OPERATIVE, all the time and ensured all along that all of us would not have any inconvenience. Always they were one step ahead . They helped us with photography also. Especially in my case, during one of the sites in Kaziranga, I momentarily fainted and fell. The next moment both of them rushed fast and took me to hospital for treatment. Mr. Alok Bhosle was with me in the hospital ( for about 4 hours) . Both of them gave me physical and psychological support. They performed and demonstrated their ability to manage the crises. The support and service given by them were not less than what my son would have given me. All in all, despite this incident, We could enjoy our tour only because of Mr. Alok and Mr. Vinod. Your Managers like Mr. Alok and Mr. Vinod are your assets who are on the field I appreciate Mr. Alok because despite being a junior, he demonstrated his ability to perform to meet not only the ‘CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONS’ but ‘CUSTOMER DELIGHT’ also.
