Moreover, experiencing Nainital and nearby areas during a snowfall when they transform into a beautiful winter wonderland is definitely something that shouldn't be missed. The following is a list of places you should not miss on your next Nainital tour package for sure:

Naini Lake

Naini Lake

The Nainital district is named for this clear lake famously known as Nainital jheel, which has a circumference of 3.5 km and is surrounded by seven tall mountains. It draws visitors with its alluring beauty. When going sightseeing in Nainital, the Nainital Jheel is the main attraction. It is a haven for thrill seekers since it is perfect for boating, kayaking, yachting, and other water sports. Mallital (the northern section of the Naini Lake) and Tallital (the southern part of the lake) are its two distinct halves. Both locations have shopping malls with stores selling a variety of items. One can travel the length of the lake in a boat and take in the tranquillity of the environment. At night, when it gives the impression that there is a city beneath the lake, the lake's vista is at its most spectacular. The still waters of Naini Lake reflect the lights of the entire city, creating a mesmerising scene. For those seeking a peaceful holiday, as well as for those who enjoy adventure, nature, poetry, families, authors, and honeymooners, Nainital is the perfect place to go.

Aerial Ropeway Nainital

The Aerial Ropeway, one of Nainital's top attractions, extends from Mallital to Snow View and is regarded as a daring way to see the town's gorgeous allure from a height of 2270 metres above sea level. The eye-shaped Naini Lake, the undulating hills, and the distant snow-capped snowy peaks of the Himalayas can all be seen from the cable car's half-mile journey.

The Aerial Ropeway Nainital, a first-of-its-kind attraction in India, was created utilising sophisticated Swiss technology and has two cable cars that can accommodate 12 passengers each. A journey in one of these cable cars is a one-of-a-kind adventure since it gives the impression that you're floating in the air and provides some breathtaking views of the lovely, quaint city of Nainital. So come and take this aerial ropeway in Nainital for the journey of a lifetime.

Eco Cave Garden

One of the best places near Nainital, next to the campus of Kumaun University, lies this newly developed tourist destination. The Nainital Eco Cave Garden is a network of interconnecting stone caverns and hanging gardens that transports visitors into a surreal, antiquated fantasy. Located in Mallital on Kaladungi Road, Cave Gardens is a natural park with miniature caverns that are named after the animals they mimic; for example, there is a tiger cave, panther cave, bat cave, squirrel cave, ape cave, and the flying fox cave that one can access through well-lit tunnels. The tunnels gradually get smaller as you walk forward into these caverns, and at some spots, you really have to move carefully on all fours to enter the caves. Even though the entrances to these caves are rather narrow, the interiors are astonishingly large, and the difficulty level rises with each cave, adding to the thrill and adventure of exploring these caverns. The presence of a musical fountain at the location, which puts on a beautiful display of lights, water, and music, adds to the excitement and enjoyment of exploring the place.
