- 6 Nights’ accommodation at suggested or similar category hotels
- 1 night on board shared in inside twin cabin including dinner and breakfast
- Meals – Breakfast, as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Husky farm and 2h safari - Transportation, equipment, guidance services, coffee/beverages, winter adventure gear, organizer's liability insurance.
- Coach Service for Airport transfer for arrival and departure date.
- Panorama Sightseeing in Helsinki and Stockholm on shared coach basis.
- Return airport transfers and sightseeing on Private or Shared Coach basis as per the itinerary.
- For transfers based on shared on Shared Coach basis kindly be on time as the coach will not wait for more than the confirmed pick up time and there will be no refund provided for missed transfers.
- 5% GST on total package price
- TCS (5% or 10%) upto 10 lacs and TCS @20% on amount above 10 lacs is applicable on GST inclusive price w.e.f. 01st April 2025. 10% TCS in case of PAN is not linked with AADHAR i.e. PAN Status is Inoperative as per Income Tax
- TCS is applicable for packaged tours only. Additional TCS of 5% or 10% calculation, depends on the PAN status against PAN card of primary booking contact guest. In case Indian national primary booking contact submit valid TAN details at the time of booking, no TCS will be charged.
- Any entrance fees or Fees for video or camera permit
- Airfare & airport taxes. (Internal Airfare wherever applicable)
- Visa and Insurances charges
- Internal flight of Rovaniemi to Helsinki
- Any other meals other than those mentioned above
- Any other sightseeing other than mentioned above
- Any item of personal nature like tips, laundry, and telephone calls etc.
- Compulsory room supplement per person is applicable during Festivals and Events.
- Transfers - hotels to Departure point and arrival point of Helsinki and Stockholm sightseeing tours/ Helsinki hotel – Helsinki Port/ Stockholm port – Stockholm hotel.
