- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itinerary
- Complimentary tea, coffee, Reverse Osmosis filtered water, fresh juice and soft drinks
- Personal tours of the tea estate and factory, and a tea tasting session
- Nature and bird walks through private forest areas, along river fronts, followed by picnic lunches
- Day trips to Darjeeling town and Kalimpong
- Return transfer by private vehicle as per the from Bagdogra Airport/New Jalpaiguri Station to Glenburn tea Estate (Please note that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain, Vehicle not at disposal)
- GST of 5% to be paid over and above the package price Airfare /Railway Fare
- Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside
- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category
- All Tips – Guide, Driver & Restaurants
- Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour

Special Note
- Holiday price valid for travel till 30th September 2025. Rates not valid for Christmas and New Year. National holidays, Diwali unless specified. Compulsory high Season surcharges and Gala Dinner charges are applicable festive season and long weekends
- Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to availability
- Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable
- In this sector the same vehicle – irrespective of the vehicle type is not allowed to do the entire tour due to various restrictions at each destinations. Vehicles will be changed and our executives will keep the guests informed about the same.
- Please not that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain
- All guests are requested to carry documents (04 passport size snaps and copies of valid Indian Photo ID address proof)
- In case of any diversion due to landslide/road block any additional cost incurred with be payable directly by the guest.
- Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport
- Driver is NOT A GUIDE, he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change.
- If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability
