- Haneda /Narita International Airport to Tokyo Accommodation on private basis
- Tokyo City Tour ( Meiji Jingu shrine,Imperial Palace, Sensoji temple, Nakamise, Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Tower passby)
- Mt Fuji & Hakone tour ( Mt Fuji , Hakone Ropeway, Ashinoko Lake cruise)
- Tokyo Tour Sakura (cherry blossom) & shopping tour ~ Meguro River, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza on private basis
- Tokyo station to Osaka station in Bullet Train - Shinkansen Nozomi/ Hikari/ Sakura
- Tokyo hotel to Tokyo Station transfer on private basis

- All Tours and transfers are based on shared coach basis
- GST 5% on package price
- TCS of 2% applicable on GST inclusive price w.e.f. 01st April 2026. 5% TCS is applicable if PAN not linked with AADHAR i.e. PAN Status is inoperative as per Income Tax.
- TCS is applicable for packaged tours only. Additional TCS of 2% or 5% calculation, depends on the PAN status against PAN card of primary booking contact guest. In case Indian national primary booking contact submit valid TAN details at the time of booking, no TCS will be charged.
- Tipping to Guides and Drivers
- Airfare or Railway Fare
- Any increase in Govt taxes, Fuel price and any applicability of new taxes from the govt
- Any up gradation in hotel room category
- Any other sightseeing apart from above mentioned in the itinerary or extra usage of vehicle beyond the above mentioned itinerary
- Guide Charges / Entrance fees for any sightseeing
- Price of Insurance and VISA
- Any extra expense such as Route change, Accommodation facilities etc. incurred due to any unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
- Porterage (Coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, camera fees, mineral water (unless specified), items of personal nature and food and drink which is not part of set group menu
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the tour price inclusions and any expenses of personal nature
- City tax/tourist tax has to be paid at the time of check out.

Special Note
- The above price is valid for travel from 15th March to 30th April 2026.
- Each Extra hour will be charges @ USD 50 for guide and USD 100 for Vehicle respectively; not exceeding 01 hour of over Time (11 hrs maximum per day)
- Coach and guide service shall be available only for 11 hours per day. Coach and guide services shall conclude by 2100 hrs due to Japanese Law
- Please note that guests are required to walking an average of 4 to 6 kms per day; guest are requested to be physically and mentally ready
- Bring shoes that are easy to slip on and off. Many places in Japan, require removing shoes before entering
- Kindly be on time as the coach will not wait for more than the confirmed pick up time and there will be no refund provided for missed transfers
- Surcharges may be applicable on the entire package, depending upon the final date of travel
- The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable. Kindly note that the drivers are not guides
- Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability. International hotel check in is 1500hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs
- Early check in and late check-out subject to availability. Itineraries are subject to change
- All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only. We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature
- The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations
