5% GST on total package price
TCS (5% or 10%) upto 10 lacs and TCS @20% on amount above 10 lacs is applicable on GST inclusive price w.e.f. 01st April 2025. 10% TCS in case of PAN is not linked with AADHAR i.e. PAN Status is Inoperative as per Income Tax
TCS is applicable for packaged tours only. Additional TCS of 5% or 10% calculation, depends on the PAN status against PAN card of primary booking contact guest. In case Indian national primary booking contact submit valid TAN details at the time of booking, no TCS will be charged.
Any transfers from airport/train station to hotel or vice versa
Visa and Insurances charges
Any Entrance fees or Fees for video or camera permit Airfare & airport taxes. (Internal Airfare wherever applicable)
Any other meals other than specified above, City tax/Tourist Tax, City tax/Tourist Tax

All hotels charge a refundable security deposit either in cash or credit card at the time of check-in. This is refunded by the hotel provided there are no incidental purchases or damages
This security deposit is not included in the package price and must be paid by the guest directly to the hotel when checking in

Things to consider before the trip!

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour For all Schengen countries passport validity should not exceed more than 10 years Handwritten passport is not acceptable

The above price is valid for travel till 30th September 2023.
Price is not valid for Easter, Christmas and New Year. High Season surcharges are applicable during exhibitions/trade fairs/festivals
Many cities in Europe have introduced a local "City Tax/Tourist tax". This tax is collected by the hotels directly from guests and it is not included in the above price. The City tax/Tourist tax commonly varies between €1-4 per person per night depending on the hotel standard
The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable
Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability
International hotel check in is 1500hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs
