How To Reach Chitkul

•    By Flight: While the nearest airport is in Shimla, it has limited connectivity. Hence, it is better to take a flight to Chandigarh Airport and travel to Chitkul by road from there. 

•    By Train: The nearest major railway stations to Chitkul are Chandigarh and Kalka. Both of them are well-connected to major Indian cities. From Chandigarh and Kalka, you can take a bus or taxi to Shimla and then onward to Chitkul.

•    By Road: Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) operates buses from Delhi and Chandigarh to Reckong Peo. From Reckong Peo, you will get a local bus or taxi to Chitkul.
