Eligibility
- Masters or Bachelor’s in travel studies
- 12-15 years of work experience across various functions of Visa processing
- Knowledge of visa documentation of various countries
- Ability to direct, supervise and lead a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure set systems and processes are adhered to.
- Guide the team to process the visa within timeline
- Ensure complete and accurate maintenance of reports.
- Communication with Guests in case a need arises.
