This is our 11th tour with Veena world. It’s a dream come true. Our experience with Veena world is as usual awesome. Starts from prior to booking, enquiries at the office, conversation with tour managers, tour booking , visa, pre tour information and the tour itself. Everything is par excellence. We just have to book the tour, and everything is taken care of. The smallest of doubt is cleared always. Getting delicious Indian food abroad is superb, and our tour manager- Amit Kene tried to provide Vegan food and Jain food at each and every meal. This was like sone pe Suhaagaa. He was taking care of each and everyone.On top of it, if time permits- our tour leader would arrange for extra sightseeing as well. The hotels where we stayed were the best. Services everywhere were great. No complaints. Very happy . Food was also good. Who can imagine getting- idli, dosa, vada sambhar, pavbhaji , aloo paratha, chole puri, puri bhaji in NewZealand. So we are very happy with Veena world. And we would always continue to be with Veena world for all our future tours. All of NewZealand Tour f November 6 , 2024 with Mr Amit Kene : Dear Sir , My wife Mrs Sujata Keskar and I were part of the group which went on All of NewZealand tour from November 6 - 19 , 2024. Amit Kene was the Tour Manager with us. My wife and I , both are full of praise for Amit Kene . As Tour Manager , he did a fantastic job. Some of our observations are as follows : - Right from meeting us at Mumbai Airport for check in , briefing till the end of the tour in Auckland , he was always ever ready to help anyone who needed it , he was always fully prepared . - At every place , on every day , all the sightseeing , lunches , dinners , Tea/coffee , even the rest room stops were all well thought of , planned and carried out. - There never was any delay while checkin and checkout at over 10 hotels during our tour. - His posts were there every evening with the programs for the next day , dos and donts . Very clear instructions . - His knowledge about the places we visited was thorough . His commentary while in bus and on sites was very informative , interesting. - He kept the level of interest and enthusiasm in the whole group at a very high and cordial level. He ensured proper assimilation of the group. - My wife and I were occupying premium seats . So we could interact with him during the coach journey . What we observed was he was always thinking ahead , contemplating on the next location , stay , meal , whatever it may be. - His commitment to make the tour enjoyable by everyone was splendid. His time management was superb. So much so that he could show us some additional locations and sites over and above the tour program. - At Christchurch airport just before boarding for Auckland , a member of the group had a health issue. The unforeseen crisis situation was also handled by Amit very well. He made sure that there was no inconvenience to the group upon arrival at Auckland , reaching and check in at the hotel . - In short , we feel that he is an IDEAL Tour Manager . We wish him all the best in his career with Veenaworld. - We are equally happy with Veenaworld for putting together an excellent program. We do look forward to joining another tour in the near future preferably with Mr Amit Kene. We were in the category of joining and leaving. We are now Sydney , Australia . For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size.
The seating arrangement in the coach is based on booking priority. Seat numbers 1 & 2 are reserved for Tour Managers and Tour Guides. Seat numbers 3 & 4 are reserved as Prime Seats which can be availed by paying an additional cost.
If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
Sightseeing attraction:
Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice. Sometimes due to rush or changes in the reservation system, entrance to the sightseeing attractions may be unavailable; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible or refund of the entry fee will be given.
Hotels:
The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by Veena World’s guests in the past. The category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star. Kindly check your respective hotels before booking your tour.
Room Sharing:
Sometimes, two single unfamiliar travellers (gender - alike) share a room, should read the instruction paper along with the terms & conditions and abide by the same.
Meals:
On tour, we provide all meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary.
In case of early arrival or late departure due flight timings, guests will be provided an additional meal/s without any extra cost.
In case of connecting flights, if the transit time exceeds beyond five hours, guests will be provided with a meal/meal coupon.
Generally, meals are provided in the restaurants. On certain occasions, packed meals will be provided for the ease of itinerary operation/sightseeing.
Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian along with a local dish OR local cuisine, OR at times fast food meals from Subway, McDonald’s, etc.
Visa:
Veena World takes maximum tourists from India to Europe through group tours, customised holidays and corporate tours (MICE).
Every month Veena World Visa Facilitation Team of 80+ members assist thousands of our guests for visa documentation, visa application, visa submission to VAC/VFS/ consulate, collection of passports from the VAC/VFS/ consulate on guest’s behalf wherever applicable. However, all guests should be aware of the fact that ‘issuance or granting of visa to any guest’ is at the sole discretion of respective country’s consulates/embassy.
Veena World does not play any role in the actual granting of the visa. Veena World cannot be held responsible for delay or rejection of the visa by the respective consulate. In the rare event of a visa delay or rejection, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy of Veena World.
We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after the tour booking.
Certain consulates send the passports directly to the guest’s residential address as per the Visa application form. Guests are requested to thoroughly check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.
Guests who are Joining & Leaving (J&L) or guests already holding a visa or guests who are opting to do the visas on their own should check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.

- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
- A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
