Senior Executive/Executive
Contracting - GIT / Mumbai - Vidyavihar / Full Time
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar profile
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and excel skills
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and finalize competitive rates, special offers and terms & conditions with hotels, transporters, restaurants and other land service providers across various destinations.
- Work closely with the Product and Operations teams to develop accurate costings, quotes and proposals for fixed departure group tours.
- Assist in resolving complaints or service-related issues in coordination with the Operations team when the group is on road.
- Maintain updated databases of contracted vendors, rate sheets and agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service delivery and support.
