- 7 nights’ accommodation in Rovaniemi and 1 Night in Helsinki with breakfast
- Return airport transfers in Rovaniemi in shared minibus
- Meals: Breakfast (set Menu) as mentioned in the itinerary
- Guided tours (Snowmobile riding, Snowshoes, Ice Fishing and Northern Lights Safari, Raunua Arctic Wildlife Park, Reindeer Adventure, and Husky Safari) in small groups as per program with hotel pickup/drop in shared minibus
- Any entrance fees or Fees for video or camera permit
- Airfare & airport taxes. (Internal Airfare wherever applicable)
- Visa and Insurances charges
- Any other meals other than those mentioned above
- Any other sightseeing other than mentioned above
- Any item of personal nature like tips, laundry, and telephone calls etc.

- Kindly be on time as the coach will not wait for more than the confirmed pick up time and there will be no refund provided for missed transfers
