Welcome to New Zealand. On arrival proceed to accommodation by private transfer. Auckland is New Zealand's largest city, set between two harbours with gentle sandy shores on the east coast and black sand, wild surf beaches on the west coast. Home to sheltered, sparkling blue waters dotted with beautiful emerald islands, we recommend getting out on the water when you are here. Overnight in Auckland.

Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua (2 Nights)
After breakfast, proceed by share coach transfers to a fully guided journey through the stunning Waikato countryside to Waitomo Caves. Here your guide will lead you on an exploration of the ancient Waitomo Glowworm Caves, with its many different cave formations including stalactites, stalagmites and lime columns, before descending even further underground for a cruise on the grotto river with thousands of glowworms glittering above your head. Your journey then continues on to the geothermal wonderland of Rotorua. Overnight in Rotorua

Today after breakfast visit the highlights of Rotorua starting with a visit to Rotorua Lakefront and Sulphur Point before a stroll through the beautiful Government Gardens. Wander through geothermal Kuirau Park, to view the bubbling mud pools and have a foot soak in the heated foot pools. Venture into Ohinemutu, the living Maori village and walk through the Redwood Forest at your own leisure before being returned to your hotel. Overnight in Rotorua.

After breakfast, proceed to Hobbiton Movie Set, a working farm that was transformed into The Shire from Middle-earth for the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies. On arrival, your specialist guide will escort you around the set on a 45 minute walking tour pointing out intricate detailing, highlighting the most famous locations and explaining how the movie was made. Finish with a visit to the Green Dragon Inn for a beverage and a sumptuous lunch at the Party marquee before heading on to Auckland. Overnight in Auckland.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms
We keep it transparent, crystal clear!
- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Remarks
- Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
- Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
