Special Note
- The above price is valid for travel till 31st May 2026. All rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.
- Indian nationals will have to procure Inner Line Permit for Arunachal Pradesh, documents needed are scanned Copies Aadhar card, Driving licenses, Passport copies, Voter ID and Passport size photo.
- The road conditions in the North East are not very good especially in remote areas in Arunachal Pradesh. Even in the other areas some maintenance work is likely at any time of the year.
- The weather in the North East is very unpredictable. It is important to carry rain gear while traveling.
- We may have to change the route of the itinerary or sightseeing even at the last moment if any obstacles such as road blockages, strikes etc. occur.
- Air conditioning will not function during hill drives for vehicles.
- Due to mountainous region, WIFI/ Mobile network has limited or no access in Arunachal Pradesh.
- Powers supply cut during winters in Arunachal Pradesh is very frequent.
- For Photography/ Videography sometimes a certain amount of donation/community fees needs to be paid to the villagers. This amount is to be paid by the guest on direct basis.
- Museum and other places of sightseeing in Arunachal Pradesh may remain close in Govt. holidays/local holidays or for any other reasons without any prior notice.
- Local guide while visiting villages in Arunachal Pradesh is mandatory.
- Local guide in Arunachal Pradesh is hired to translate local dialects to the guide and to suggest routes to villages. They may not be able to speak fluent English.
- There are limited hotel options in Wakro, Kaho, Walong and even the best accommodation in these areas is only standard in category and cannot be compared to any star category accommodation. The guests should be updated about the same to avoid any last-minute disappointment.
- On Sundays monuments/market/any places of entertainment may remain close in Arunachal Pradesh
- Rates are valid for Indian nationals
- Foreign and OCI nationals are not allowed to travel to Dong valley

- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Remarks
- Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
- Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
