- Gift Cards can be redeemed only for Veena World travel services, including group tours and customised holidays in India and around the world .
- Gift Cards are transferable. Family or friends of the receiver can redeem the card with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per booking.
- If the value of the travel exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid by the guest.
- This Gift card/voucher is the property of Veena World and all and all Veena World terms and conditions apply.
- The original gift card code must be provided at the time of redemption.

- Once validated, the gift card value will automatically be deducted from your tour price
Gift cards are valid for a specified time period from the date of purchase, after which they will expire. The specific expiration date will be listed on the gift card and in the email that you receive after purchasing a gift card.
No, gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
If the cost of the travel service exceeds the balance on the gift card, the recipient will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
No, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another gift card or product.
Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Please keep your gift card in a safe place and do not share your gift card code with anyone else.
