Hello, It was our first international trip and much anticipated one with my whole family traveling along. When we reached Mumbai airport on Day1 at first we saw a serious face in our tour manager which reminded me of my strict school teachers. 😀 That was a deceiving look. Once we reached Thailand it was a 180 degree shift. We slowly started seeing the fun loving, interactive, talkative, caring and joyful side of our tour manager. The graph just went up linearly as we progressed from Day1 to Day10. One important thing personally, I fell sick one of the days and was in urgent need of help, she was available at the very moment and got the medicine arranged within no time which subsided the sickness. She also kept an eye on me always and asked if I am getting better and needed any further help. Even though there were 35members in the group, each and every individual was getting attention and care every day. Hats off to that. Felt nothing short of a family member to all of us. She also recommended what to look out for and purchase while shopping. This is all what we need when we visit a new place. The trip was very smooth and exciting all the 10days. Very much appreciate the efforts put forward by our tour manager Vishu. The commitment is incredible. Thanks to Veena as well for the fabulous itinerary which covered all the wonderful places. Will definitely go through Veena for any trip going forward and would wish Vishu is our tour manager as well.
