Hello! I hope you're doing well. I was recently on the EUST220623/A trip to Paris, Switzerland, and Italy. This email is a praise letter for Veena World, Pune staff, and our tour manager, Meghraj Raut. I was skeptical about doing a group tour considering how there are people from different ways of life and spending over 10 days together felt like a risk. But I'm glad I did. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the well-planned, well-executed trip. Right from Rohit Sanas, who helped us pick this trip to Shubhankar and Mayur, who helped us with our Visa - the Veena World team is highly competent and it shows. The arrangements were top-notch and there are absolutely no complaints. The hotels, restaurants, and travel coach - all were of premium quality. It made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. But most of all, this email is for Meghraj. Couldn't have asked for a better tour manager. Extremely polite, professional, and patient - he made sure we all got everything we needed and did a fantastic job of keeping it all together. His communication, understanding of everyone, and handling of any unforeseen circumstances were done well. He knows the destinations very well and was sure to let all of us know the history, destinations, and dos and don'ts of the cities. He is great at his job and knows what he is doing. Next time onwards, I would probably be checking if he's on the tour before booking :) Great job, Veena World! You're making travel hassle-free. Regards, Salonee and Omkar
EUST270523 tour - feedback : Dear Sir/ Madam, We have just completed our tour to Italy, Switzerland and Paris. At the outset, we must say that the tour has mesmerized us completely and we are still trying to get back to our normal life. It is an excellent itinerary and no one could have planned it better than this. At each stage, we received full co-operation from the Veena World team. We came in contact with Mr. Siddharth Kulkarni (booking), Mr. Gaurav Pol (travel advisor), Ms. Pradnya & Ms. Gayatri (visa) and Ms. Akruti Tawade (pre-departure). Besides them, there must have been a number of other Veena staff members who made the whole process so smooth and hassle-free. Zoom meetings also provided vital inputs and information. And now, about the Team Manager Mr. Sunil Kini. He conducted the tour with fantastic enthusiasm and energy. He has a very pleasing and charming personality. He has superb knowledge of all the places we visited and he handled each situation very efficiently and ease. This was our first experience with Veena World. Veena World has excellent contacts and networking. We relished the Indian food at each location. We would love to travel again and would plan our future trips too with Veena World. Thanks to the entire Veena World team. Wishing Veena World all the best. With Regards. - Anagha and Mukund Abhyankar, New Delhi
