Itinerary (Day Wise)
Bagdogra Airport – Darjeeling (Approx. 93 kms, 3 hrs drive)
Arrive at Bagdogra airport and proceed to Darjeeling. Often referred to as the “Queen of the Hills”, it remains just as alluring with its tiny waterfalls, little villages and a narrow gauge railway track. Arrive at Darjeeling and check into Glenburn tea Estate. Glenburn is a heavenly little plantation retreat that lies on a hillock above the banks of the River Rungeet, high in the Himalayas, overlooked by the mighty Kanchenjunga mountain range. Overnight at Darjeeling.

Glenburn tea Estate
After Breakfast explore your 1,600 acre private estate with an introduction to the specialised art of growing and crafting Glenburn Tea. Visit the tea fields, interact with the tea pickers and follow the journey of "two leaves and bud" into the tea factory, ending with a tea tasting session to discover the incredible variety of flavours and aromas that come from a single bush through the different seasons. Lunch at the Bungalow followed by a gentle afternoon hike or some down time on one of our peaceful verandahs. Overnight at Darjeeling.

Darjeeling Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for day trip to Darjeeling. Visit Darjeeling Town for the day - ride the Darjeeling Hill Railway "toy train", visit the famous Ghoom Monastery, the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and stroll down the historic mall and chowrasta. After tour back to hotel. Overnight at Darjeeling.
Note: Toy Train Tickets (Ghoom to Darjeeling) and return is an additional cost.

- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itinerary
- Complimentary tea, coffee, Reverse Osmosis filtered water, fresh juice and soft drinks during stay in hotel
- Personal tours of the tea estate and factory, and a tea tasting session
- Nature and bird walks through private forest areas, along river fronts, followed by picnic lunches
- Day trips to Darjeeling town and Kalimpong
- Return transfer by private vehicle as per the from Bagdogra Airport/New Jalpaiguri Station to Glenburn tea Estate (Please note that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain, Vehicle not at disposal)
- GST of 5% to be paid over and above the package price Airfare /Railway Fare
- Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside

Special Note
- Holiday price valid for travel till 30th SEPTEMBER 2024. Rates not valid for Christmas and New Year. National holidays, Diwali unless specified. Compulsory high Season surcharges and Gala Dinner charges are applicable festive season and long weekends
- Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to availability
- Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable
- In this sector the same vehicle – irrespective of the vehicle type is not allowed to do the entire tour due to various restrictions at each destinations. Vehicles will be changed and our executives will keep the guests informed about the same.
- Please not that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain
- All guests are requested to carry documents (04 passport size snaps and copies of valid Indian Photo ID address proof)
- In case of any diversion due to landslide/road block any additional cost incurred with be payable directly by the guest.
- Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport
- Driver is NOT A GUIDE, he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change.
- If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability

- The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms
We keep it transparent, crystal clear!
- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Remarks
- Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
- Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
