Dear Guest,

We have a variety of Products suiting the requirements of everyone. You can select the tour as per your preference.

Once you select a Tour, can book with us in 3 ways.

If you have selected the Tour and agreed upon the Terms and Conditions, then we can even send our representative for collection of Booking Form, copies of Id Proof and Payment Cheque.

While visiting Branch or Preferred Sales Partner for booking:

Please ensure you carry the below things at the time of booking:

India:

World:

  • · Passport valid for minimum 6 months from the date of arrival at the destination (of all the guests who are travelling). For Malaysian visa, the passport must be valid for 9 months from the date of arrival at the destination.

Visa Documentation:
On booking the tour, our travel advisor will guide you about all visa formalities as per the consulate. Kindly submit complete visa documents as per submission timeline given by the Travel Advisor. Some consulates may call you for a personal interview.

Changes in pre-defined tour programme:
Kindly intimate the booking person in advance for any amendment in tour programme so that the necessary arrangements can be made. As per the amendments, additional charges would be applicable.

Cancellation:
In case due to unavoidable circumstances you need to cancel the tour, kindly give an application in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy and the number of days left for the tour departure. The fewer the number of days, higher will be the cancellation charges.

Payment Options:
Bank details for Payment:
Veena World branch offices accept cash payments with a valid PAN Card copy only. Preferred Sales Partners (PSP’s) do not accept cash payments. All transactions need to be processed using Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Veena World will not be held liable regarding any dispute relating to cash transactions. After the payment is successful, an acknowledgement message is sent to the guest’s registered mobile number. This SMS contains the bank details, the amount credited along with the date and place of payment. In case the SMS is not received, you are requested to contact Veena World’s corporate office immediately on 1800 22 7979 Overwriting on Cheques is not allowed as per RBI rule.
PAN details will be required in case of cash payment in accordance with prevailing Income Tax rules. Kindly note that Outstation cheque is not acceptable.
Guests who are unable to visit our offices for Booking, can deposit local clearing cheques in any of the below Bank Accounts or can make payment Online through Net Banking.
Also, after making the transfer, intimate the same to us by sending scanned copy/screenshot of bank slip and personal details.
Note: Cash deposit is not allowed in any of the accounts.

Website Details for Payment:
If you have already booked your tour with any of our Branches, Preferred sales Partners or online, you can register on the website and make balance payment online for your booked tour or holiday. You can view this link for more details. {My Bookings }

Book Online:

If you wish to book your group tour online, the below steps will make it easy
For first time guests: Registration If you are not registered on Veena World Website, we recommend to {Register Now}
While registering you are expected to enter tour mobile number, and verify it by entering the OTP that you will receive.
Once that is done, enter you name, email id and set a password and click on Register.
You will see a message that you have successfully registered.
For Registered Guests: Login
Once you are a registered Guest, you can select any tour and click on book now.
You would be prompted to login using registered mobile number and password.
Booking:
Once you are logged in, you can go ahead and proceed with
- Selecting the departure city and departure date
- Filling the information, proceeding to make payment.
