It was a wonderful experience to travel US east coast tour.The Tour manager Shri Chetan Surve is a very humble and cheerful person and has handled the tour with great enthusiasm.
Enjoyed the tour. Very nice hotels to stay, good restaurants for lunch and dinner. Chetan Surve has a vast experiance and was always giving good information abt sight seeing etc.
Our first trip to USA with Veena world was really amazing experience. We joined the tour from Washington DC. Our tour leader Rajesh salve is very cooperative , humble person. Mumbai to Mumbai tour guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai as per the scheduled flight departure time and proceed to Washington DC – The Capital city of world’s number 1 Superpower nation USA. Upon arrival, Veena World Tour Manager will guide all guests for airport formalities and proceed to the city.

Washington D.C – Philadelphia (1 Night)
Today we explore Washington DC, we see Capitol Hill, take a photo stop at the backdrop of White House – official residence of the president of the United States of America. Later we visit Lincoln Memorial – built to honour the 16th president of the United States, Abraham Lincoln. It is also an important symbol of the American Civil Rights Movement and Martin Luther King Jr’s famous speech ‘I have a Dream’. Then we pass by Washington Monument – The Obelisk. Later we proceed to Philadelphia. Upon arrival, we see Philadelphia City Hall, Independence Hall and Liberty Bell building. Then we drive on the famous Benjamin Franklin Parkway – a scenic boulevard known as Champs-Élysées of Philadelphia. It also has an international flavour by being lined with flags of countries from around the world, it’s fun to spot our Indian national flag. Its time to see the Rocky Statue and the Rocky Steps and click an iconic picture.

Philadelphia – Hershey’s – Niagara Falls / Buffalo (2 Nights)
Today we proceed to Niagara Falls – Natural Wonder of the World and a dream of every person on the Earth to visit it. En-route we visit Hershey’s Chocolate World – One of the largest manufactures of chocolate in the world. Enjoy Hershey’s Chocolate Tour and buy famous Hershey’s Kisses and other popular chocolates.

Niagara Falls / Buffalo
Today we explore famous Niagara Falls, we enjoy a Helicopter Ride (subject to weather conditions) – fly high and witness Niagara Falls from the sky offering breath-taking views. We also visit Niagara Aerospace Museum – displays a 100-year collection of Western New York's rich aviation and aerospace history. We then visit the Goat Island and get really close to the falls by visiting Cave of the Winds – a natural cave behind Bridal Veil Falls at the Niagara Falls. Later, we enjoy 'Maid of the Mist' boat ride and get an opportunity to see the three falls – Horseshoe Falls, American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. In the afternoon, we visit the architectural wonder - Prospect Point Observation Tower to get an unobstructed panoramic view of the Niagara Falls. Later we enjoy shopping at Fashion Outlet Mall in Niagara. In the evening witness the illumination where Niagara Falls is transformed into an incredible, multi-coloured water and light masterpiece.

Niagara Falls – New York/ New Jersey (2 Nights)
Today we proceed to New York – the most loved city as well as major commercial, financial and cultural centre of the world, also known as Big Apple. En-route we visit Corning Museum of Glass – the museum's Glass Collection showcases more than 35 centuries of glass artistry and modern installations made by international artists, also known for the Gorilla Glass – the ultra-thin layer that Steve Jobs picked to shield the I phone in 2007. Here we see The Hot Glass Show which demonstrates the process of glass making

New York/ New Jersey
Today we take a ferry ride to Liberty Island to see the Statue of Liberty – a colossal neoclassical sculpture on Liberty Island in New York Harbour. This copper statue was a gift of friendship from the people of France to the people of the United States. It is recognized as a universal symbol of freedom and democracy. This statue was designed by French sculptor Frédéric Bartholdi and its metal framework by Gustave Eiffel. Take the perfect photo of the statue. Afterwards we explore New York City, we see the Charging Bull – Symbol of the American Stock Market, 9/11 Memorial – a national tribute to honour the lives lost in September 11, 2001 attacks on Twin Towers and visit the Observatory deck of One World Trade Center – the tallest skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere that gives panoramic views of New York City. We then pass by BMW bridges. BMW stands for Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge & Williamsburg Bridge. Further we pass by Rockefeller centre, Trump Tower and United Nations Headquarters. We take a stroll around Times Square – A Major commercial intersection, tourist destination and a hub of Broadway theatres in the Midtown Manhattan known for its big, bright, unforgettable arena with flashing neon lights and giant digital billboards.

Mumbai to Mumbai Tour guests will proceed to New York Airport as per the scheduled group flight departure time and start their return journey back home.

Airline: On group tours, we generally fly well-reputed airlines that are group-friendly.
During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend you carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey.
Transport: For transfers and sightseeing, we use mini coaches, big coaches, or small vans, depending on the respective tour group size. If you wish to have a separate vehicle solely for yourself or your family, it can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Sightseeing attraction: Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible.
Hotels: The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by Veena World’s guests in the past. The category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star.
Meals: On tour, we provide all meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary. Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian along with a local dish OR local cuisine, OR at times fast food meals from Subway, McDonald’s, etc., depending on the convenience and ease of execution of the itinerary or the availability of food at the respective destination.
Visa: When booking a Veena World USA tour, it is essential to possess a valid USA visa. If you do not hold a valid visa, our team can assist you with the Visa application. Do note that visa appointment dates for new applications are subject to availability at the consulate. Currently, the accessible dates for visa applications extend to 2024/2025, sometimes, earlier dates may become available.
Veena World takes maximum tourists from India to USA through group tours, customised holidays and corporate tours (MICE). Every month Veena World Visa Facilitation Team of 80+ members assists thousands of our guests for visa documentation, visa application and submission to VAC/VFS/ consulate, collection of passports from the VAC/VFS/ consulate on guest’s behalf when applicable. However, all guests should be aware of the fact that ‘issuance or granting of visa to any guest’ is at the sole discretion of respective country’s consulates/embassy. Veena World does not play any role in the actual granting of the visa. Veena World cannot be held responsible for delay or rejection of the visa by the respective consulate. In the rare event of a visa delay or rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per the policy. We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after the tour booking.

- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
- A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.

Remarks
- All meals are provided by Veena World in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination early morning or leaves destination late in the evening.
- ‘In Case if any sightseeing is not done due to weekly closure, an alternative sightseeing will be done for the same’.
- Standard Check-in and check-out time of International hotels is usually 1500hrs and 1200hrs respectively.
- Guests may please note that for Domestic flights or internal flights from one city to another city on international tours, the baggage allowance will be as per the respective airline baggage policy and weight regulations. Guests are requested to pack their belongings and carry luggage in accordance to the respective airlines baggage allowance. Excess baggage (if any) will be chargeable as per the airline policy and the same has to be borne by the guest.
